あはれ、今、「愛」の路みち行ゆく君たちよ、

止とまりても見よ、世の中なかに、

われのに似たる悲かなしみをする人ありや。

願はくば、わが言ふところ、聞き終り、

さもこそと、憐あはれみ給へ、

われこそは憂愁いうしうの宿やどなれ、戸なれ。

功績いさをしのたえて空むなしきわれなるに、

「愛」は情なさけのいと深く、

心樂しきうまし世にわれを据ゑ置き、

人皆のうらやみ草ぐさとし給ふに、

脊向そがひにて囁く聲こゑす、

『この若人わかうどの、いかなれば、かくも榮ゆる』

あな、氣疎けうとしや、勢いきほひはすべて痿なえけり、

諸もろもろの「愛」の寶たからもほろびけり。

はかなくも殘れる身には、

來こしかたの追憶おもひでも憂うし。

さながら、われは零落の身を恥はぢらひて

貧しさを掩おほはむとするなれの果はて、
